Product Description

The cutter suction dredger is a kind of ship which is widely used in the process of  beaching and dredging.It'suses a rotating cutter device around the front end of the suction pipe to cut and stir the river bottom sediment.The silt material that has been twisted by the suction pipe is transported to the sediment storage yard means of powerful pumping force,and its working process of dredging,mud transfer,mud discharge,etc.can be completed continuously,it's a kind the high efficiency and low cost dredger is a good underwater excavation machine.

The working process of a cutter suction dredger is relatively straightforward. First, the cutter head rotates at high speed, cutting and loosening the sediment on the bottom. This action breaks up the soil, turning it into a slurry of sediment and water. The mud pump, which creates a powerful suction force, then draws this slurry through the suction pipe. Once inside the pump, the slurry is pressurized and pushed through the discharge pipeline. The pipeline can be extended over long distances, either on - board or using floating hoses, to deposit the material at the required location, such as a spoil ground or a reclamation site.
