Jet Suction Sand Dredger for River Sand Dredging in Philippines
Working principle: Use a high-pressure water pump to generate pressurized water, and use a high-pressure water gun to impact the mud and sand layer at the bottom of the water to wet and disintegrate the mud and sand, forming a mixture of mud and mud blocks. Then the sand-water mixture is sucked up by the sand suction pump and transported to the designated location through the pipeline. The whole sand pumping process is completed by one flush and one suction.
Structural composition
Sand pumping components: mainly include sand pumping pumps, sand pumping pump power devices (diesel engines or motors), high-pressure water pumps, high-pressure water pump power devices, etc., which are the core components for realizing the sand pumping function.
Auxiliary devices: The hull is fixed by a winch in conjunction with an anchor, and some are equipped with a mobile winch or propeller for hull movement.
Pipeline system: including sand suction pipes, sand transport pipes, and pipeline floating devices such as floating plates or buoys, etc., to ensure the transportation of materials and the stability of pipelines during sand pumping.
Other components: also include auxiliary facilities such as rest rooms for workers to rest or cabins for placing sand pumping equipment.
