Every component of the Jet suction dredger is meticulously designed for easy transportation by road, rail, or water. Featuring a rapid connection-disconnection system for pontoons with bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom, this dredger is powered by a reliable Marine engine, ensuring unparalleled performance.
Constructed entirely of high-strength welded steel, the hull of our dredger guarantees the robust durability necessary for demanding dredging tasks.
The hull steel plate is crafted from CCSB (shipbuilding-grade steel), promising exceptional resilience and longevity.
Jet suction dredger is equipped with a high-pressure water pump and a powerful sand suction pump, which work in tandem to effectively dredge the seabed or riverbed. The water pump generates a high-pressure, high-speed water jet that impacts the bottom of the sand layer, agitating and splashing the mixed sand around the suction head. The sand suction pump then conveys the loosened material through the discharge pipe to the desired destination.
